The part can be completely filled. For this step the pressure drop as shown in the image is needed. The pressure is acceptable and can be produced by a common injection molding machine. Please note that all data about the clamping force and shot weight of the distribution system haven’t been included. Including these would increase the results of the locking force and the shot weight.
